This is a typical pumper used by the Roswell Fire Department. This unit is
called Engine #4 and is currently housed at Fire Station #4 at #2 Challenger
(RIAC). Engine #4 serves the fire and medical needs for the residents on the
south side of Roswell. The unit is a 1981 Pierce Arrow and was recently
refurbished to extend its usefulness in the department. It has an added feature
of a 50-foot aerial ladder with the ability to apply an aerial water stream.
